Common subscription questions

Can I add more users or branches?

Yes. Clinic and Professional can use configured add-ons within their self-service thresholds.

What if I use fewer users than my plan includes?

Included capacity is part of the base plan and unused seats do not reduce the plan price.

Can I upgrade anytime?

Upgrades and capacity increases become active only after CareSync verifies the required payment.

What happens when I downgrade?

CareSync does not delete users, branches, documents or hospital data. Capacity conflicts must be resolved under the configured downgrade policy.

Is data deleted when a subscription expires?

No automatic destructive deletion is part of the billing flow. Billing, renewal and support remain available according to account policy.

Do you offer Enterprise pricing?

Yes. Larger hospital networks and custom integration, infrastructure, migration or SLA requirements can request a negotiated quote.

Public prices are read from the same CareSync pricing configuration used by the hospital billing application. Final taxes, add-ons and payable totals are recalculated on the server before checkout.
